Refunds and Returns
14-day cooling off period (Applies to European Union customers only)
If you do change your mind on the purchase, you can return the item to us within 14 days, starting from the day the items are received. Item must be in the condition in which it arrived. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and the item itself until it reaches us. We recommend return postage to be recorded in the event we do not receive the item. We will issue you a full refund for the item upon inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for damages caused by insufficient packaging. Free gifts that come with the original purchase must be returned. You will be charged full price if the free gift or discounted price given no longer applies upon partial returns.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply to orders outside the EU and hence customers outside the European Union will not be entitled to a full refund if you wish to cancel. If you wish to cancel, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are ordering on behalf of a business the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply and our contract of sale with your business is complete when you accept delivery of the goods. It is important that you select the correct product for your needs as you will not be entitled to a full refund, if you wish to return the goods. We do not normally accept the return of goods bought by a business unless the product is new and in its original, unopened packaging.
It is our duty to deliver your items in perfect condition. In the event that your item is damaged, then a refund will be made in its original payment method or we will issue a replacement product at no extra cost. It may be necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods.
Please ensure when returning goods that you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please ensure that items for return are packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit. We will not accept responsibility for damage to returned items caused by insufficient packaging.
