Matcha Whisk Holder
This ceramic holder will protect your whisk by keeping the prongs in shape and keeping it dry. After rinsing the whisk place on the holder and leave to air dry for 5-10 minutes before placing both the whisk and whisk holder in the fridge. Leaving the whisk open to the elements, will encourage mould to grow on it. If this does happen, just use a toothbrush to clean the bristles and when dry place in the fridge.
